Using the Slide Master
The Slide Master is a special slide that controls the formatting of all the slides in your presentation. This means that you can add a watermark picture and text to the Slide Master, and it will appear on all of your slides.
Here are the steps on how to add a watermark picture and text to the Slide Master:
Open the PowerPoint presentation that you want to add the watermark to.
➤Click the View tab.
➤In the Master Views group, click Slide Master.
➤Click the Slide Master slide in the thumbnail pane on the left.
➤Click the Insert tab.
➤In the Images group, click Picture.
➤Select the picture that you want to use as your watermark.
➤Click Insert.
➤Click the picture and drag it to the position where you want it to appear on your slides.
➤Click the Insert tab again.
➤In the Text group, click Text Box.
➤Click and drag to draw a text box on the Slide Master.
➤Type the text that you want to use as your watermark.
Format the text as desired.
➤Click the Close Master View button in the top-right corner of the window.
