Yasin Malik a short note

 In this post i am going to tell about Who is Yasin malik and what is he doing now

Introduction:

Yasin Malik was born on 3rd April 1966 in  Maisuma locality of Srinagar(J&K)

Yasin Malik is Kashmiri separatist leader means he wants  the separation of Kashmir from both India and Pakistan and declare kashmir as a separate country  and & former Chairman of the Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF).At present day 18 APR 2022 the chairman Farooq Siddiqui

JKLF is  private organisation specifically  militant separatist organisation  founded by  Amanullah Khan and Maqbool Bhat at June 1976 Birmingham, United Kingdom.it also have branches in USA,Europe and also in Pakistan 

Yasin Malik is a leader who killed so many people especially hindu pandits and wanted forcefully to detach kashmir from india and merge into Pakistan and challenged that govt of india cannot touch him and other his devotees made statments in the media that no one can touch kashmir with article 370A,35A (which specially refers to especial rights and privilege to J&K people like only J&K resident person can buy a land in J&K no other person can buy a place own a place)   are present in the indian constitution .i do encourage people to watch Kashmir files movie and know the facts and reality what is happening in the kashmir.

Yasin  offered political negotiations, but insisted they must be shared by or involving three parties with both Indian and Pakistani governments and should cover the entire state of Jammu and Kashmir. This was unacceptable to the Indian government.

if yasin was  separatist leader then why he wants 3 bodies to share the J&K?

one of the most important thing is that  in indian cinema whichever movie is based on J&K will not be released and that movie is not hit movie ,results in a loss for the producer.

but Things are changed in india from past 8 to 10 years. the above statement is no longer valid

So in the present Day Yasin Malik is in jail the action comes eight days after an audacious terror attack on a convoy in Pulwama district in which 40 CRPF personnel lost their lives and before supreme court announce the  decision revoke of 370,35 articles in the indian constitution and framed under charges for criminal conspiracy, waging war against the country and other unlawful activities.In March 2020, Malik was charged for the murder of four Indian Air Force personnel during an attack in 1990 and is currently under trial. He is also facing trial for the kidnapping of Rubaiyya Sayeed. He is currently lodged in Tihar jail.

yasin never did any good work to the welfare of the J&K and he is no way near to that but  instead created violence and disturbance to the people of the J&K

Even though some kind wrong news are circulating in the internet by yasin's wife and his devotees are not going stop punishing yasin and do not create any Sympathy for him.

With any number of issues J&K will be  part of INDIA and it will remain so there no more discussion in that and no leader can it. 

A court in India has sentenced senior Kashmiri separatist leader Yasin Malik to life imprisonment after convicting him of funding terrorism on May 25, 2022.

◾ October, 1999: Indian authorities arrest Malik under the Public Safety Act (PSA).

◾ March 26, 2002: Malik again arrested, this time under the Prevention of Terrorism Act, and detained for almost a year.

◾ May, 2007: Malik and his party Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) launch a campaign ‘Safar-i-Azadi’ (Journey of Freedom) and visit about 3,500 towns and villages in Kashmir, promoting an anti-Indian stance.

◾ February, 2013: Yasin Malik shares a dais with Lashker-e-Taiba chief Hafiz Muhammad Saeed during a protest in Islamabad. Many commentators, including Muslim bodies, condemn the act

◾ January 12, 2016: Yasin Malik writes a letter to Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, opposing Gilgit-Baltistan’s merger with Pakistan.

◾ 2017: NIA registers a terror-funding case against several separatist leaders, and name Yasin Malik and four others in a chargesheet filed in 2019.

◾ April 10, 2019: NIA arrests Yasin Malik in connection with the terror-funding case.

◾ March, 2020: Yasin Malik and six other accused plead “not guilty” in the killing of five IAF personnel in Srinagar in 1990. The seven accused persons charged with criminal conspiracy, murder attempt and under provisions of Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act (TADA) and the Arms Act.

◾ March, 2022: A Delhi court reviews the evidence, and order framing of charges against Yasin Malik and others under the stringent UAPA and Indian Penal Code.

◾ May 10, 2022: Yasin Malik plead guilty to all charges, including those under the UAPA, before the Delhi court in a case related to alleged terrorism and secessionist activities that disturbed the Kashmir valley in 2017.

◾ May 19, 2022: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) court in Delhi convicts Yasin Malik after he pleaded guilty.

◾ May 25, 2022: Malik gets life imprisonment.
